So Far, So Good

I’ve had heavy periods as long as I can remember. I was diagnosed with fibroids in 2002 and had my first myomectomy that year. I had a 2nd myomectomy in 2009.

I got married in February 2013. About 1 month after my wedding I started my “marathon bleeding”–not good for a newlywed. In May 2013, I had my 3rd myomectomy. I had lots of complications and the heavy bleeding never did stop (as it usually does after the surgery). A friend of mine had told me about Endovan years ago, but I didn’t even give it a second thought. After my last visit with my gynecologist when she told me she thought the fibroids were back, I searched online and found Endovan. I figured I had nothing to lose and I don’t want a hysterectomy (my husband and I hope to have a child).

At the time the Endovan came, I was on a 2 1/2 week bleeding marathon. I started taking Endovan, and 2 days later the bleeding stopped! It hasn’t been a full 2 weeks yet, and I’m able to sleep on my stomach again with very little discomfort. I’m starting to feel better and I’m actually looking forward to my next period to see what the difference is. I’ll report in again in about a month or so, but so far I can truly say “Thank you, Endovan!”
